Website Prices

The price of a single page, managed website (which, within reasonable limits, can be as large as you like) is only £97.50 per year!

This includes everything needed to get your website up and running and keep it running effectively - that is (as appropriate): the design and build, help with domain name registration, hosting, email addresses, mailboxes, email forwarding, contact/enquiry form, keyword placement, promotional link(s), sitemap, hit counter, website statistics, map link and website maintenance.

Additional pages can be provided for an additional yearly charge of £37.50 per page for the first three additional pages and £17.50 per year for each page beyond that.

So, for example, a four page website would be £97.50 for the first page and £37.50 for each additional page giving a yearly inclusive rate of £210.

A six page website would be £97.50 for the first page, £37.50 for the next three additional pages and £17.50 for the remaining two pages giving a yearly inclusive rate of £245.

Simple, custom made graphics, e.g. a location map, can be provided for a one-off charge - from as little as £20. Stock graphics are free of charge.

Maintenance. If you wish to amend your website content at any time simply email me the changes and I will amend your content as and when required.

This is free of charge and allows for an unlimited amount of amendment on one occasion each year plus any other changes as and when required.

If your website is likely to require frequent high volume changes during the year then an additional charge might be necessary - I can make special arrangements to cover this cost-effectively - please ask me for details.

Payment

Payment. You do not need to pay anything at all until you are completely happy with your website (applies to a limited number of pages and bespoke graphics).

You have the option of payment by cheque (UK bank accounts only) - otherwise payment will be requested via PayPal using your credit or debit card or a PayPal Account. All payments are free of VAT. There are no 'hidden' charges. There is no 'set up' charge.
